The story behind Terros

Our 3 founders combined decades of experience in sales, operations, and technology to create Terros. We merged our experiences from Sunrun, Bechtel, and Amazon to build a state-of-the-art software product that improves the results of field sales teams.

CEO. Former Director at Sunrun. Has 15 years of field sales experience. Created the original design for Terros. Received his degree from USU.

Trevor Allred

CTO. Former senior software manager from Amazon and Avetta. Has over 25 years of web and mobile development experience. Received his MBA from UC Irvine and undergrad from BYU.

COO. Former sales manager at Sunrun and construction manager at Bechtel. Has almost 20 years in sales, operations, and engineering. Received his engineering degree from WPI.

2019

Launches first prototype

A regional Sunrun office licenses first prototype of the application, tracking pitches and sales performance.

Thrive
2020

Success in first office

Our first software tool, Thrive, doubles revenue year over year and achieves an all-time high in retention rates.

Expansion
2021

Expands across Sunrun

Usage expands nationwide as the application is licensed to multiple offices.

2023

Team Launches Version 2 with Canvassing

Launch of a new version of Thrive that is built from the ground up. Includes a fully functional canvassing solution for the first time.
